Bootstrappers Inc. is dedicated to empowering youth to realize their full potential through entrepreneurship education, creative design, and character development.

What We Do

At Bootstrappers Inc., we provide structured, hands-on programs that help youth turn their interests into skills—and their skills into opportunity.

We design and deliver experiential learning programs rooted in entrepreneurship, the design process, and creative innovation. Through sports, martial arts, traditional arts, and game design, students learn how to think critically, solve problems, manage projects, and collaborate effectively.

Our programs focus on three core areas:

1. Skill Development
We teach practical, transferable skills such as goal setting, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, communication, and leadership.

2. Character & Mindset
Youth build discipline, resilience, integrity, and confidence—qualities that support success in school, careers, and life.

3. Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Using entrepreneurial principles and game design frameworks, students learn how to move from idea to execution—developing initiative, ownership, and real-world readiness.

Through mentorship, structured programming, and project-based learning, we equip young people with the tools to succeed in any domain they choose.

A message from the founder

Bootstrappers Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded by Touré Diggs, MBA, to channel his passion for entrepreneurship and his longstanding commitment to youth development into meaningful community impact.

With more than 25 years of experience as a coach and mentor, Touré has successfully developed youth programming across sports, martial arts, traditional arts, and game design. His work centers on helping young people identify their talents, strengthen their sense of self, and establish realistic, actionable goals.

Touré believes that applying the principles of entrepreneurship and the design process—particularly game design—cultivates critical thinking, resilience, creativity, and positive character development. By engaging youth in structured innovation and problem-solving, Bootstrappers Inc. equips them with skills that translate across academic, professional, and personal domains.
