Mission is to empower youth to be successful in any domain.  

Focusing primarily on youth in Hamden, we connect each youth as a mentor.  

Using programming, and staff with experience in their respective industry, youth can learn, develop, and grow as critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and goal-driven leaders.
